WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our merchandise is proudly handmade in the United States located minutes from New York city in Northern New Jersey.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

In stock items typically ship the same day (if ordered before 3:00 pm EST) or within 2-3 business days. Wholesale orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.    

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges) within a 14 day return period. If your order was shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit, the shipping is on us both ways.

Simple 3 step Return Process: 
1. Contact us by email at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of your package to obtain a return authorization number. (RA #)
2. Within 14 days, send us your return in resaleable condition, unused and in undamaged packaging. Please enclose original receipt with RA # on it, indicating your preference for either an exchange or refund.  
3. Once your return is received, we will notifiy you via email that your refund/exchange has been processed and your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, at this time we only ship within the United States. 

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS AND WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING?
